I. Purpose

• 1) The PCoin (hereinafter referred to as the "PCoin") used to make purchases within 6PARTY. You shall only purchase PCoin from the 6PARTY (hereinafter referred to as "6PARTY").
• 2) The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall also form part of this agreement.
• 3) By using PCoin Terms of Service, you are deemed to have read this agreement carefully and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use PCoin services.

II. Purchase and Charge

• 1) Users shall purchase and counting PCoin by the rules established by the 6PARTY.
• 2) 6PARTY only sells PCoin on the 『6PARTY』 operated by the 6PARTY. Any other PCoin obtained through other channels is null and void with the 6PARTY, nor can it be used in the "6PARTY".

III. Free PCoin

• 1) 6PARTY could provide users with a free PCoin, and the term and conditions of the free PCoin will be sole determined by 6PARTY.
• 2) The free PCoin cannot be refunded, transferred or converted into cash or any valuables.
• 3) If there are both PCoin and free PCoin in the user account, PCoin will be deducted first when the user uses, and then the free PCoin will be deducted when exhausted all PCoin.
• 4) The free PCoin will expire after 365 days from the next day after purchase.The user should use the PCoin within the expiration date; PCoin will become invalid after the expiration date.

IV. Refunds

• 1) When purchase PCoin, users must choose carefully, confirm the items to be purchased, the item you need, and the corresponding amount, because PCoin will take effect immediately after purchase, PCoin is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• 2) Users should use the PCoin in their account carefully, 6PARTY will not reissue PCoin for any reason.

V. Suspension / Termination of Use

• 1) In the event of maintenance/inspection of the PCoin management system, failure, natural disasters, communication line failure or other reasons, 6PARTY may suspend the use of PCoin without prior notice to the user.
• 2) 6PARTY shall be able to suspend the use of PCoin or revoke PCoin if any of the following items apply.

  a) When the user acquires PCoin by an illegal method or PCoin are acquired by an illegal method and uses it.

  b) When the user violates this agreement.

  c) When the PCoin are forged or altered.

  d) 6PARTY may sole determines stop using PCoin by reasonable reason.

VI. Prohibition of Transfer

The user shall not to transfer, lend, or pledge PCoin to another person in any way.

VII. Limited Liability

6PARTY shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused to the user due to the inability to use PCoin. However, this shall not apply if the damage or disadvantage is based on the intentional of the 6PARTY.

VIII. Changes to the Rules

If 6PARTY deems it is necessary to change the PCoin Terms of Service, it will change it through the website or other methods. After the change, the PCoin Terms of Service will take effect immediately, and users should check the changes to the terms of service from time to time.

IX. General Terms

• 1) This Agreement contain the entire understanding and agreement among you and 6PARTY with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and cancel any and all prior oral and written agreements, terms and conditions.
• 2) This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of 6PARTY assigns. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration referred to 6PARTY assigns.
• 3) If we fail to exercise or perform any of right or provision under the terms of this Agreement, this will not constitute a waiver of executing such rights or provision.
• 4) If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of this Agreement are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
